Eileen Riddle, CKD
Lead Designer


Eileen became a Certified Kitchen Designer in 1995, and has over 25 years of experience working with clients. She takes pride in exceeding client’s kitchen and bath design expectations without exceeding their budget.

Over the years Eileen has proven herself as an outstanding design professional, receiving many awards for her kitchen and bathroom design projects and remodeling ideas. Among her awards she has received the 2006 Parade of Homes “Best of Show” in the top category for kitchen and bath, 2008 Parade of Homes “Best of Show Fulton Award” for her kitchen design and 2009 Susquehanna Style Magazine “Best Kitchen Design”.



Aaron Riddle
Designer / Project Manager

At KBE, Aaron has found a home for his creativity and 15 years of experience with project management. One of his recent kitchen designs won the 2015 award for “Best Kitchen” in Susquehanna Style Magazine.

“Being a part of transforming a space for our customers is such a great feeling!” Aaron is also a talented artist and works with various media including acrylic, watercolors, and pencils. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children at their Lititz home.



Amanda MacFeat

Amanda graduated from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts with an associate’s degree in Interior Design. She began her career working in the kitchen design department of a local lumber company. From there, her passion for kitchen and bath design grew. While each of her job experiences have helped shape her design skills and style, she attributes much of her knowledge to the 2-1/2 years that she assisted and trained under Eileen.

Amanda loves meeting new people and having the opportunity to help them create a beautiful and functional space. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her husband and son and serving as a youth leader at their church.



Josh Strayer
Lead Project Manager

Josh Strayer is our lead project manager. With over 15 years of construction under his belt, he can do just about anything! His attention to detail and abundant energy is an asset to our team and a blessing to our customers.

“I love using my knowledge and skills to give our customers the best possible finished project” he says. When he isn’t busy project managing, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his family and hunting game.



Tammy Chubb
Assistant Designer

Tammy is a graduate of the Art Institute of York PA where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Her background in design has led her to various roles at KbE including office management, assistant design, CAD drafting. She also specializes in custom closet design.

Tammy and her husband enjoy their free time with their adorable little boy and doing projects around their home.



Jess Bolles

Jess graduated with honors from The Art Institute of York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design. Her background began in tile design and quickly escalated to full scale residential remodeling projects. Jess immersed herself in the design process and gained knowledge of how proper interior design can improve how a family functions in the home. In addition to her active role as an interior designer, Jess also has experience in the project management side of remodeling.

She finds the most rewarding part of her career is educating each client about their design.
After hours, Jess can be found at local Antique Shops or cozied up with her dogs and reading the latest best-seller.



Kacie Hench
Assistant Designer, Administrative Assistant

Kacie Hench is the newest addition to our team. She holds an associates degree in Interior Design for the Art Institute of York and has experience as an assistant prop stylist. With her eye for design and friendly disposition, she makes sure that our customers feel welcome and that their projects and products are properly coordinated, ordered, and ready to go!

Kacie enjoys hiking, kayaking, and reading in her pastime.
